What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Two things. If you send an enquiry, we keep the name, email, phone, firm name and message you type into the form. If you subscribe to our monthly note, we keep your email address. We also record the IP address an enquiry came from, purely to filter spam.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, and to send the monthly note if you asked for it. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not use them to build advertising audiences.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay on file for as long as there is a live conversation, and are removed on request at any time. Subscriber emails stay until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site sets one session cookie so forms and the admin login work. If we later add analytics, this page will say so before it happens.

Your choices

Write to info@foldresearch.com and ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We action it within seven days.
